Charlotte was "Star of the Day" at preschool on Groundhog's Day so she got to bring in a special snack to share with her friends for their celebration. We covered donuts with crushed Oreos to look like dirt and made little cookie groundhogs to pop out of the middle of the donuts (just like Phil pops out of his home in the ground). The girls were thrilled with their creations. Charlotte had a great day at school being the "star" and reported that all of her friend LOVED their edible groundhogs!
I love the apple pie, bags, and groundhogs! You are better than Martha Stewart.
